SUPERIOR COURT
JUDGES, MARIOPA COUNTY:
VOTE NO
-Barbara Rodriguez
Mundell, Presiding Judge
-Janet Barton – She
removed “Protect Our City”, Proposition 405 from the November Ballot!
Be aware that many of
the judges who are Republicans switched parties when Hull was in office. They
are actually Democrats.
VOTE YES:

-Michael Jones
Be aware that your vote on
the judges doesn't actually matter, since once appointed, they are all
retained. No Arizona judge has been
turned out of office in over 30 years!
"Merit Selection"--in use in Maricopa and Pima
counties and on the appellate level, is not the grand plan we are told it
is. Thirteen Arizona counties opted out
of this scheme, and continue to ELECT their judges. Only the two most populous
counties are saddled with this monstrosity that takes the vote from the people. Voting to retain a judge is meant to give
the people the impression that they are actually participating in this process,
when in fact, THEY ARE NOT.
